    ♥ A confirmation letter will be sent to you within 2 days after you have sent in your order form.
    ♥ Do not transfer any payment to me unless you've received the confirmation letter.
    ♥ Accept ibank/ATM trasfer only. (For ATM transfer, kindly email a copy of the receipt to us.)
    ♥ Transfer all the payment to POSB savings 058-35970-0.
    ♥ Please make payment within 24 hours.
    ♥ A sms will be sent to you once I received the payment.
    ♥ No payment = No order
    ♥ First come first serve basis.

    If you encounter any problems regarding any accessories that you bought from us, the followings are the instructions of what you can do:

    ♥ Take a picture of the item(s) that you've bought and email me.
    ♥ I'll let you know if we're able to repair your item(s).
    ♥ Simply mail the item(s) back to me and include stamps for me to mail you back the item(s) when the repair is done.
    ♥ I'll not mail you back the item(s) if there's no stamps included for returning mail.
    ♥ Details will be given to you when I reply your email.
    ♥ Note: minimum charges will be charged if there's a need to replace any parts of the accessories.
    ♥ This service only applies to accessories.

    ♥ Shoes making will only start after I received the payment.
    ♥ Normal postage is $2 per pair.
    ♥ Registered postage is $4 per pair (highly recommended).
    ♥ It will take 2 to 4 weeks to complete the shoes.
    ♥ If you want the shoes to be completed within a week, there will be additional charges of $10 per shoes
    ♥ For customised shoes, price will be $25 onwards.
    ♥ All the colours shown in the draft may vary.
    ♥ All the drawings may not be 100% identical to the drafts/shoes shown.

    ♥ For non-painted area: rubber (or those listed above)
    Note: remember to wash with care and do not rub the shoes against any rough surfaces to avoid the paint to fade off.
