    If you encounter any problems regarding any accessories that you bought from us, the followings are the instructions of what you can do:

    ♥ Take a picture of the item(s) that you've bought and email me.
    ♥ I'll let you know if we're able to repair your item(s).
    ♥ Simply mail the item(s) back to me and include stamps for me to mail you back the item(s) when the repair is done.
    ♥ I'll not mail you back the item(s) if there's no stamps included for returning mail.
    ♥ Details will be given to you when I reply your email.
    ♥ Note: minimum charges will be charged if there's a need to replace any parts of the accessories.

    ♥ Shoes making will only start after I received the payment.
    ♥ Normal postage is $2 per pair.
    ♥ Registered postage is $4 per pair (highly recommended).
    ♥ It will take 2 to 4 weeks to complete the shoes.
    ♥ If you want the shoes to be completed within a week, there will be additional charges of $10 per shoes
    ♥ For customised shoes, price will be $25 onwards.
    ♥ All the colours shown in the draft may vary.
    ♥ All the drawings may not be 100% identical to the drafts/shoes shown.
